About internOS
internOS is an internship board for students in the US and Canada. It finds internships, co-ops and new-grad roles on company career pages as they go up, so you can apply while a posting is new and message someone at the company before everyone else does.
Who runs it
internOS is built and run by Rayan Fawaz, from Ontario, Canada. It started as the system Rayan Fawaz used to find internships: watch the companies directly instead of waiting for a listing to reach LinkedIn, and reach out early.
Where the listings come from
We read 7,900+company career boards directly, on the applicant tracking systems employers post to: Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters and more. A small share of roles comes from student sources like the SimplifyJobs lists on GitHub and Y Combinator's startup jobs. When a company takes a posting down, it comes off the board, and dead apply links are checked and removed.
Employers cannot pay to promote a listing. internOS is paid for by students who subscribe, for the tools around the listings: match scores against your resume, tailored resumes and cover letters, the recruiters and hiring managers to message, and an application tracker.
