Responsibilities: • Work with assigned sales executives providing support with quotations, orders and CRM related duties. • Follow up with customers and prospects on inquires and prepared proposals. • Customer Service support including data entry, METrak project set up, updating CRM, new vendor/accounts processing. • Review METrak for accurate billing/RFBs • Maintain & update METrak & Salesforce (OR OTHER) database. • Adding customer companies/contact’s information to database. • Ensure that all information input during RFQ processing is accurate and all relevant fields are completed. • Ensure Project 3.0s and phases are reviewed and updated in accordance with ‘P-Process’ training. …
