Introduction to the job The DUV Reticle Stage IBS MDU team is responsible for engineering activities supporting the reticle stage, a precision mechatronic subsystem within ASML’s DUV lithography systems. Our mechatronics engineers use MATLAB-based analysis tools to evaluate system dynamics and performance using large sets of measurement data. As our analysis needs evolve, these engineering tools need to evolve with them. Many have been developed and extended over time by different engineers, which means that understanding the existing methods often requires combining code investigation, technical documentation, and knowledge from experienced engineers. …
