JOB SUMMARY Medical Record Retrieval and HEDIS Gap Closure The Provider Engagement Intern supports the Health Plan's Provider Engagement and Quality Improvement teams by conducting onsite medical record retrieval at provider offices to support HEDIS® gap closure and quality improvement initiatives.
