Build hands-on HR experience while supporting Frontier’s onboarding and HR operations. As a Human Resources Onboarding Intern, you’ll assist with employee and candidate communications, HR systems and records management, reporting, meetings, and team projects. In addition, you will help provide front desk coverage, greet and assist employees and visitors, answer inquiries, and deliver exceptional customer service to both internal clients and walk-in guests, helping create a positive and professional experience for everyone who interacts with the HR team. This Spring 2027 internship is based in Denver, Colorado. Pay ranges from $20.00–$24.50/hour based on class year.
