Our Construction Management team supports the delivery of public infrastructure and capital improvement projects from design through construction and project closeout. Our team works closely with clients, contractors, utilities, and project stakeholders to manage construction risk, maintain accurate project documentation, monitor contract compliance, and support successful project delivery.
