The Custodial Team Supervisor (Supervisor I) will oversee, coordinate, and lead the day-to-day activities of the Custodial Team within the Taggart Student Center (TSC) Operations Department. The supervisor will set goals for performance and deadlines, organize workflow, ensure that employees understand their duties and designated tasks, monitor employee productivity, and provide constructive feedback. The Custodial Team of the TSC Operations Department cleans and maintains spaces in the Taggart Student Center to maximize a safe, healthy, functional, and pleasant environment.
