Intern POSITION PURPOSE This position provides resources for the fabrication and production of metal assemblies, steel plates, and rebar for use in Metromont's production process. RESPONSIBILITIES May operate Ironworker, Automatic and Manual Bandsaw, Robotic Arc Welder (WIN only), Stud Welding Machine and Gun, Overhead Crane, Shear Line Machine, Automatic and Manual Bender, Rebar Threader, paint finish on completed assemblies or drive embeds to galvanizers. Stock rebar, steel, and stud racks by using overhead crane or forklift as necessary. Shear flat bar, angles, structural tubes, rounds and channels per specifications for production. …
