Summary The function of this position is to provide, under the supervision of a qualified licensed professional counselor with supervisory designation (LPCC-S) or licensed independent social worker with supervisory designation (LISW-S), quality clinical care to clients within the candidate's internship/practicum experiences and in adherence with Ohio Mental Health licensing standards. Assess clients on admission with respect to behavioral health needs, and on a continuing basis, review, update and execute that assessment. Establish and review goals for each client.
