The Junior Facility Condition Assessor supports Facility Condition Assessments (FCA), Property Condition Assessments (PCA), rough order of magnitude cost estimates, long range capital planning, and related capital asset management projects. Working under the direction of a Senior Facility Condition Assessor and/or Project Manager, this position assists with field surveys, facility documentation, condition observations, asset inventory, data collection, and report development.
