POSITION SUMMARY: The Electrical Engineering Co-Op students will take part in projects that cover all phases of the New Product Development (NPD) process from early conception to prototype development. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Tests electrical appliances to collect data for use in system designs. • Completes electrical specification documents as per component tests. • Works with team members to create the specifications for the electrical system design. • Creates 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) models for electrical components. • Generates 2D Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings of the electrical system and components. • Conducts bench top electrical tests to collect data. …
