Administrative Reconciliation Internship Perform an audit and reconciliation of monthly benefits deductions vs premiums charged by insurance vendors via Microsoft Excel exported payroll reports. Reconcile year-to-date benefits premiums vs. payroll deductions. Document any monies HU owes to HUPCI due to premium overpayment or vice versa. Request general ledger of amounts paid to HU from Finance. Reconcile payroll timesheet account entries and verify leave balances. Complete Market Rate/Cost of Living Analysis vs current compensation rates for all HUPCI positions within the designated region/area.
